Handgunners is owned and operated by local husband and wife team, Mike and Carolyn Hinshaw who saw the need to provide a safe and environmentally clean shooting facility approved by OSHA . Mike and Carolyn have many years of experience in Law Enforcement and Police Combat Competition Shooting behind them. We take bold steps to provide extra strong security and rigorous safety measures for all of our customers. We are constantly striving to improve and update our facility to meet high standards that provide law biding citizens with a comfortable facility for gun owners to enjoy recreational shooting, practice personal defensive shooting, and hone their shooting skills with competition.

DUE TO THE INCREASE IN VIOLENT CRIMES AND SAFETY ISSUES WE NO LONGER HAVE AN OPEN DOOR POLICY. OUR ENTRANCE IS EQUIPPED WITH AN ELECTRIC LOCK, CAMERAS AND INTERCOM. PLEASE READ AND NOTE THE FOLLOWING.

EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO STOP AND READ THE SIGNS THOROUGHLY THAT ARE POSTED IN YELLOW AT THE FRONT ENTRANCE BEFORE THEY ARE ALLOWED INSIDE

NO ALCOHOL OR ANY IMPAIRING SUBSTANCES WILL BE ALLOWED ON OUR PROPERTY. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE WITH ANY ODOR OF ALCOHOL OR IMPAIRING SUBSTANCES ON THEIR BREATH OR PERSON.

If winter weather creates icy roads due to sleet, freezing rain or snow we usually close due to the hazardous condition of the roadways especially on the hill in front of the range. We will have a message on the answering machine announcing our temporary closing. Please call ahead (336) 570-1015 to make sure that we are open.

The front entrance door is equipped with an electric lock.
Time is needed for you to be properly identified.

You can fill it out on site during our regular business hours or preferably fill in the necessary information and submit to Range Personnel when you arrive. You will be required to produce your drivers’ license with photo ID at your interview.

Fill these out prior to your arrival at Handgunners Inc.
This will save you time when you come in.
